Best of Philly or Anywhere for that matter 2/18/2011

Have used this service for years of both business and personal travel- well over 100 times. The service is consistent and professional. Great to take advantage of having state inspections completed and or a detail--coming back from a long time on the road its nice to just get your car delivered and drive home from the airport directly. I always use the drop off service --plus you don't need to remember where you parked ( if you've ever wandered through the parking garage in the cold you know what i'm talking about). You know your car will start, the heat is on, no clearing snow and ice and no transfer of bags- plus cheaper than the garage--- This is a no brainer more

DO NOT PARK HERE 2/14/2011

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - we did this to save time getting from the terminal to our car upon returning. We had to wait outside in freezing weather for an hour and five minutes for them to bring our car back after calling for pick up. And our car was damaged when they did pick us up. I went back to the office and someone else was in there who had also waited over an hour and their car was also damaged. Spoke on the phone with the owner who did nothing to rectify the situation. BUYER BEWARE, they do NOT deliver what the ads promise! more

Best Airport Parking 1/27/2011

What a great service Winner Airport Parking is. The service was convenient, reliable and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone who is sick of the crowded, dirty shuttle's that are always late. You can also go home from the airport, that was the best part!! more

I travel for business quite often and need a convenient parking facility. Winner's services are awesome. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and cannot do enough to ensure my parking experience if top-notch. I have used other parking services and they do not compare to Winner. I recommend Winner to all of my colleagues. more

Best Airport parking--It's a Winner! 1/25/2011

Recently traveled to Florida with my 6 kids. I chose Winner because of the convenience of not having to unload all my bags and kids onto a shuttle. Check in went smooth and the driver was pleasant. He helped me with my bags when I arrived at the airport. On my return, we left right from the airport--what a time saver. I would recommend Winner to all my friends and family more

Grat service from start to finish. Especially liked the white glove service. I was able to leave right from the airport. Only way to go for parking at PHL. more

Excellent service 1/20/2011

I'm very satisfied with Winner airport parking, although I paid a little more for convenience. When I arriwed driver took me to the airport in my car. There was even no need to carry my bags, they did it for me ! When I returned, my car was cleaner as when I left it. Fiwe stars ! more

Great service, will use again! 1/20/2011

Winner airport parking is really close to the airport so when we arrived back from our trip, we didn’t have to wait long for our car to be brought around. The valet was polite and because it was raining, he helped me load the bags into the trunk of the car; its little things like this that make you remember the service you get. I will be using them again when I travel again in few months. more

Reliable Airport Parking 1/20/2011

I will recommend Winner to my friends and family if they ever need to use the Philadelphia Airport. The parking lot is well lit and the staff is courteous and respectful. I've never had a problem with the valet service and I've made it to the airport in plenty of time to catch my flight. more

One of the best services I have used 1/20/2011

I am not new to the experience of airport valeting and parking facilities, so was pleasantly surprised by the exemplary service offered by Winner Airport Parking. Right from the time I dropped the car off to the time I returned to find it waiting for me, things were taken care of by the helpful staff. No complaints and will really recommend! more

Fabulous parking! 1/20/2011

Winner is conveniently located and easy to use. Plenty of spots available and never felt my car was in danger. Getting my car back was quick and didn't have to wait long, which is a plus in cold weather. My car was clean and looked better than when I had dropped it off. more

Convenience at its best! 1/20/2011

I'm not sure about the others who are ranting about hidden fees, but I am willing to pay a little more for convenience. I had no problem using winner airport parking. I was able to arrive and not have to worry about the parking lot being full. I was valeted to the airport by a driver in my own car. Also, they handled my luggage for me! When I returned, my car was already warm in the cold philadelphia winter, snow brushed off and everything. For the price and convenience, I couldn't imagine using any other parking service next time I travel! more

Expect to pay more than listed price & get horrible service 1/13/2011

Man this was the worst decision that I made--just go with long term parking at the airport to avoid the hassle at this place. We had a coupon for $6.67 a day, but with all the hidden fees we ended up paying way more. To make things worse, the woman behind the counter said "hey that's better than our normal 10% off deal that most people come in with..." in order to make us feel better about getting ripped off... The guys stood back as I handled my own bags (I'm only 115 lbs and was obviously struggling) but didn't lift a finger--the worst! I don't usually fuss too much about service, but this was the most lazy and horrible service I have ever received! more

Stay Away - Rude Service and Hidden Charges 1/13/2011

Avoid this place like the plague. Staff is very rude and act like they are doing you a favor to take you to their airport in your own car using your own gas. Oh and you get charged $5 for valet fees and they don't take your bags or anything. All this on top of the fact that you have a condescending, untrustworthy person in your car, who is alone in your car after they drop you off. Oh yeah and they charged me a full day for 3 hours of parking on Christmas. RIPOFF! NEVER AGAIN!!! more

pregnant, babys and luggage....... 1/6/2011

I traveled New years day with my two infants and a lot of luggage. The counter staff was very pleasant and helpful. When returning from a very stressful trip my driver strapped all the car seats and children in before opening my door for me and telling have a good night. This service was definitely convenient for me and my situation. I no longer need my husband to travel with me anymore i have winner. . more

Best Parking in Philly!! 1/6/2011

I was referred to Winner by my mother-in-law!! Man am I glad I listened to her! I traveled on Christmas day, so I expected to have to wait. Boy, was I surprised! I checked in & did not have to wait at all! All of the staff was pleasant and extremely helpful! They even gave me directions upon my return! I have parked other places, but no longer!!! Winner is the best!! more

Top notch 1/4/2011

I returned on New Years Eve. I cannot believe at 11:00 at night on a holiday how fast my car arrived. It was bitter cold that night my car was warm and toasty and the driver loaded all my bags in my car so I could make it to a New Years party. I cannot say enough about how great it is leaving from the airport and not cramming in a van to go get my car. Thanks Winner for starting off my New Years right. I have found a home for my car while I am away. more

Hands down best service in parking 1/4/2011

I have used many different parking services at Philadelphia International airport. This service is the best I have ever come across. Counter staff was quick even over the Christmas holiday. Pick up time was very fast on a cold busy night at the airport. Drivers were super friendly and helpful. They even let you leave from the airport. I highly reccomend this service it cannot be beat. more

I suggest you use another service. Most services are very good. Winner is average at best. I waited 40 minutes for my car and the lady on phone was very rude. They take each others coupons and are all in same area. Do yourself a favor and try another service. more

They Let You Leave from the Airport in Your Own Car 11/5/2007

I travel on business around 10 times a year and I've used Winner the last 4 times with good results, so far. Check in is pretty quick, their drivers mostly courteous, car was fine when I got back. Suggestion: if you plan on traveling during peak times of the day arrive 15 to 20 minutes before you have to be at PHL. My first time, I got there late (around 6AM) and had to wait a bit for a little longer check in. Also, they offer an option for you to leave right from the airport in your car for about $10 more.
