I visited the location on Redwood after one of my classes, to avoid a long drive to Dans location on Wasatch.\r
When I walked in I was automatically greeted with a very warming welcome. I had my order placed with no issues at all. I waited a short time to get the food. The presentation was fine, and the BBQ was delicious! As I finished up I was leaving the Cashier gave me a farewell, and thanked me for coming in. As far as overall customer service goes two thumbs up, way high!\r
Is it Wing Coop’s policy to allow workers to bring their kids to work, and make it an un-enjoyable experience for the guests? I was pretty sure I walked into a Food Establishment, NOT A DAY CARE! While I was waiting for the food to come out I could not help but notice a little child running around the fryers throwing a football... Then I saw another child rolling a ball on the counters where food was being prepared that I saw rolling on the ground outside earlier. Seriously?? When I asked the gentleman at the cash register for an additional sauce for my wings, I was answered, as if I told him I totaled his car, “What the hell man?!?’ Anyone working in the restaurant biz should not swear, let alone AT customers. I had offered to pay for an additional sauce, but he said he would take care of it. Gee Thanks!\r
Over all I would say that the visit was well, and I will be back again soon for some wings, that is if I do not ask for another sauce, and I’ll bring my cousins to Wing Coop to play in the kitchen “day care” area because if its ok for the employees to do it, I guess its kosher for the guests to!\r
Pros: Great BBQ! Fast Service, and fresh hot food!
Cons: Since when is a resturant a day care?
