I really, really want to love this place. Salt Lake City needs a wing place, just like this. I've been up and down the valley at pretty much every place that serves wings. I've been out of state to quite a few of the wing chains that Wing Coop competes with. Wing Coop's sauces are excellent. They've got some real winners here. They also have a wide array of dipping sauces. Again, excellent. However, after a few visits, Wing Coop's execution is flawed enough that I don't go very often: (1) Overpriced - Wings work out to be almost a buck a piece, without a side or a drink! More than competitors, in or out of state. In fact, they're just as expensive as wings I had at the airport in San Francisco (which were excellent, BTW)
Pros: Amazing wing and dipping sauces
Cons: Expensive, tight with the veggies, service, wings slightly undercooked
