They were supposed to manage my rental property, except they did not maintain anything. We were out of town clients so they took full advantage of the fact that we could not check up on them. The house was completely ruined with broken windows and appliances, mold, graffiti on the walls and stinking carpet, bathroom etc. They didn't inspect or service the house as they promised to do; quite frankly I am surprised they remembered where the house was. Once in a few months they will call and say they did a repair on the house based on which of their partners needed business that month and take the money out of the rent. When the tenants moved out the house they didn't do a move out inspection and later told us that they don't have money left in the security deposit to get everything done so we were left with all the mess to be cleaned. They were paid each month and didn't do anything they were supposed to do. They told us that we can fix the things and sue the tenants but wished us good luck as they also said ""a landlord is yet to win"". SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are the worst nightmare for tenants and landlords.
