Unfortunately, unlike the other reviewers, I cannot at all speak to a remotely respectful,dignified, nor professional treatment at Dr. Wilmore's office, and, in fact, was never even able to see Dr. Wilmore, despite several attempts to do so. Dr. Wilmore can credit her absolute vicious HAG of a receptionist/scheduler at the front desk for such. (I should have taken heed of her behavior on my first visit to the office, at which time she was engaged in disrespectful verbal tirades over the phone with some poor sod). \r
I first approached Dr. Wilmore for a teeth cleaning and whitening special purchased through Living Social. This appointment was re-scheduled and I later received a confirmation email indicating an appointment date two months from the original voucher purchase date. The appointment time clearly indicated 1 p.m. on the given date and I confirmed via email that I would be there. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was at 12 noon. I pulled up the email on my phone and verified that the email clearly noted the appointment time of 1 p.m. Despite the office staff's error, I was again relegated to an appointment date another month later. As that time conflicted with my work schedule, I called, left a message, and tried to re-schedule, indicating that the previous scheduling error had, in fact, been due to their staff. No one from Dr. Wilmore's office bothered returning the call. When I called again about the matter, I was told by the BLOODY HAG answering the phone that they would not re-schedule the appointment, after LYING about her previous scheduling error and saying that she had verbally indicated 12 noon rather than 1 (there was absolutely no written documentation of such and I immediately noted it in my phone calendar when it was set for 1 p.m.....in addition to receiving an email reminder to that effect). When I then asked for a refund, realizing that I would never be treated with basic common human dignity at this office, the WITCH said that I could contact Living Social to secure the refund and proceeded to HANG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD RESPOND!!! I called back and clearly LET THE EVIL HAG KNOW THAT I WOULD CLEARLY BE POSTING A REVIEW REGARDING THE ILL TREATMENT I RECEIVED AND LETTING HER KNOW THAT DR. WILMORE'S REPUTATION WAS BEING TARNISHED FIRST AND FOREMOST BECAUSE OF HER LACK OF DECENCY AND BASIC COURTESY! \r

Dr. Wilmore, I want to let you know that you have on your staff one of the most rotten, vicious, ugly HAGS in the place of your scheduler/receptionist and that you should seriously consider dismissing her FORTHWITH. She not only is a dishonor to your practice, but clearly not a happy or healthy person! I am confident that she will continue to offend patients and members of the public who intersect with your practice!
