This company seemed nice at first, and they had several beautiful properties. However, twice they showed us a property and then leased it without communicating with us. We were still considering the properties until we saw they had been removed from the website. In my emails to the company, I asked one or two questions at a time and always had one of my questions ignored. In fact, I mentioned one property in 3 separate emails, and they never mentioned that they'd show the property to me. They didn't even reference the property until my 4th email. They replied, ""What time would you like to view the property?"" I replied that I'd like to see it the following day at 5:45, if that was alright. They never responded. It has been 5 days, and they still haven't responded. The day after I sent my email, my husband also emailed them about the same property. They have yet to respond to his email. If they are uncommunicative and unresponsive before we've even signed a contract with them, I can only imagine what they're like to tenants who are committed to a property.
