Williamsburg Estates

I don't know what Renaldo G. was talking about, but this place is so wonderful. I live here now and have for about 7 years. It's been managed by the same company it was then but the service has remained the same, at least in my experience. The office staff and maintenance is incredibly fast and courteous. Whatever I need, they are always quick to help or respond. The grounds are lovely, the apartments old but taken care of. Great, great location. And best of all, the amenities!! These have only increased over the years - they now offer more than they did when I moved in.\r \r I'm guessing the other people rating were probably not good tenants (for whatever reason), which is probably why they are disgruntled. If you go to another rating site (apartmentratings.com), where I also reviewed, they are highly rated. Don't take my word for it... visit for yourself. more

had horrible experience living here. the facilities were good but the people mainly the apartment supervisor was horrible in dealing with clients. no respect for tenants. will not recommend this place. more

My friend and I lived at Williamsburg Estates back in the early 90's after graduating from a college in the area. We loved it. The people were great and we really enjoyed the pool! We were in our early 20's then and just had a ball. The parties they threw were fun - the apt was updated and reasonable for our early career salaries. Quiet neighborhood - but lots to do in the area. more

I live there for a couple months and it was ok. The employees are very nice and friendly. There are two problems with the place. One, there are like two windows in the whole apartment which makes it very dark, even during the day. And second, the floors are so squeaky that it will bother you until the point of insanity! If I had my choice, I would not live there again. more
