This was by far the MOSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTT HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING experience we've ever had, the place it's kind of nice, but the food is just the worst thing you can imagine. it;s super over price and when we were in the middle of the meal (was horrible by the way and suuuuuuuuuper cold), there was an insect (ck...ro....) in my glass of water. I call the manager, who tried to tell me that it wasn't there when the server brought it (the insect was inside of the ice cube :s ) and i saw the owner of the restaurant standing in front of us and he didn't even came to the table to apologize, he just told the server that we could have a 20% discount for the incident, can you believe that???we obviously just left this disgusting place that can't be call restaurant. If you think about going there there are way better options all over the place............just DON'T GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! This is the worst meal my husband and I have ever had in Orlando. We are there often, as my husband works for an international restaurant chain in Orlando. The food was horrible here, and we hardly ate any of it. When I discussed this matter with the server, he replied WITHOUT the manager, saying they could comp 20%. Considering we barely ate 20% of the meal, I was outraged. However, I was too frustrated to argue, paid and left. We will never return to this place, and would highly encourage others to go elsewhere. I find it appaling that even though I told the server that this was the worst meal we had ever had in Orlando, the manager didn't even feel it was necessary to come to the table. That says enough right there. GO ELSEWHERE. There are many wonderful places on I-Drive to spend $60 on a meal. Cons: All of it. more

This was our first visit to Orlando, and we felt like we were back in Texas when we walked into Wild Jack's. I had a good time with my family in this place. They have great food, great service, and even a pool table. Our server was from Brazil, host from Eastern Europe, and it felt like I was in an international restaurant. This place is on a street called International Drive, so I suppose it makes sense. My family and I felt very relaxed and enjoyed our meals here on several occasions, and if we get to go back to Orlando we will be sure to stop by this place again. I was in Orlando for the first time on Vacation, holidays and birthday rolled into one. I had a great time. Went to the parks and just enjoyed the weather. It was a bit cold, but still not too bad. I had the best birthday ever! I wont bore everyone with all the details, but I the Mickey ears now. LoL!! Anyway, for dinner we went to Wild Jacks and if you love John Wayne then you will be in heaven!! It is like walking into a big barn!! There are so many dead animals hanging around that I felt like I was back home. The food was amazing and the staff was really fun. I had the gator bites to start. That?s new even for me. Then we had ribs with a loaded baked potato. Then I had a chocolate cake with more chocolate chips on it than anything I have ever seen!! It was the perfect birthday cake. Now all I have to do is find on my own. Oh, and they had to sing and make me blush, but I think it was so fun. I had a really good birthday, and this place was the perfect way for me to end the day, and go onto party the rest of the night!! Pros: Great food and service more

Just got back, and we had a great time. The food was amazing. Come hungry cause the portions can be huge!! I had my steak cooked to a cajun style, not on the menu, but you have to try it. They were really nice and did my special request with no extra charge or anything. The tip is already included, but I had no problem paying. We went to Wild Jack's last night after a day of fun. We were HIGHLY disappointed. We came in for the $9.99 steak and seafood special. The steaks were the leftover cuts of good steaks. They were horrible. Full of gristle, and absolutely no seasoning. The seafood option was some fish I had never even heard of - and I am a dedicated ""foodie"". This is the first restaurant review I have written. I feel compelled to advise others of how horrible the food, service, cleanliness and honesty at Wild Jacks is. We went on a Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. The restaurant is very large, but few tables in one corner where we were seated were occupied. I immediately noticed that the table had a ""tacky"" feel to it. No waiter came to the table for our drink order for almost half an hour. No water was served. When the Cokes arrived they were watery and flat. The waiter who took our order for two 10 oz. fillet dinners did NOT write it down?he went from memory. There was no soup, salad or bread served. It took an hour to get our meals. Both 10 oz. fillets were supposed to be medium, but one was well done and the french fries were cold. The second 10 oz. fillet turned out to be LAMB CHOPS! The waiter actually insisted that I take the lamb chop order even though I do not care for lamb. He finally agreed to reorder the steak. Not a minute after he walked away from the table I followed to remind him that I ordered the fillet WITHOUT seasoning. A few minutes later he returned to the table to tell me that it was too late, that the fillet had already been seasoned but they would WASH it for me. I canceled the steak and wound up with a baked potato swimming in margarine that had separated with the oil floating on top, which I did not eat. When I got the bill I had been charged for two meals?plus a tip. I just paid it and we left. Needless to say, we will never return and I hope anyone who reads this does not go there either. I used the reviews to make my decision on going to this restuarant. I like trying new places all the time. My first impression was to leave, we arrived around 8 PM and there were only 5 tables of people eating on a tuesday nite. This implies to me it isnt busy, therefore, maybe a good reason. We were tired and stayed anyway. My wife ordered the prime rib, I ordered the sampler. the prime rib for $17.00 was very thin and could not have been 8 ounces. It comes with a potato...nothing else..if you want vegtables, bread anything else..it is extra. To me for 17.00 it should be a complete meal..certainly with bread. It also took over 30 minutes for our meal to arrive...mind there were only 5 tables being served. It took about 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive..simply a beer and glass of wine. Now my sampler...the ribs were great, but my steak was about 1/4"" thick and was cooked on one side only. I cut into it and saw it wasraw...not rare...raw...it had not been cooked on the back side at all. I had no choice but to send it back...It was only 2 minutes and she brought it back...all they did was put it on the grill to show marks on it...it still was not cooked.. at this point we just paid our $70.00 and left. This was extremely overpriced as far as I am concerned. Also..be sure to be aware that a 15% gratuity is added to ALL parties of one and above. that is not a typo error. Every check is charged 15% even for one or 2 diners. Needless to say, I will not return. more

OK honestly I have never been to this Resturaunt. Yet my girlfriend just started working there. She hates the place. She told me how they don't clean things properly. The bathrooms are NASTY. In the kitchen discusting. Incets roaming around. Also when a customer orders a steak and dosent think its good enough the owner has been seen cutting it up and putting it on the side for some nachos to serve to others. So why is this place not shut down? On her first day there a man from the department was there. So now the Department guy was an idiot or they are paying him to not close him down what do you think? when my friends and i were looking for something to eat in Orlando, we found a restaurant that wasn't busy on a Friday night. well there is a reason they weren't busy. half the dining room was closed and the other half was only half full. the service was very slow and didn't know the menu. the food took 35 min. i had 1 glass of water for the whole meal, no refills. the bathroom was wet, dirty, and most of the equipment was broken. hand drier, toilet seat, door, sanitary seat cover holder, divider of the stalls, all broken. while we were there, a couple came in and sat next to us. after no one greeting them in 10 minutes, they left. and to top it all off, the menu said a %15 gratuity will be automatically added to the bill. slow food, bad service, bad environment. well they did have a putting green in the place, i liked that. I go to FL every year, and besides going to see my friend and Universal Studios, what is my favorite thing to do? GO TO WILD JACK'S!!! They have the best ribs, a fun atmosphere, and unlike what other reviewer(s) have said, it is kid friendly! The decorations are great...I titled this ""fun yet classy"" because the wait staff is fun, but understand they are in a professional enviornment. I recomend Jack's for dinner, and if the wait is a bit long, put your name in and do what I do as a cheesy tourist: go to the gift shops across the street!!!!! Food was hum-drum. Then did not bring extra napkins and ketchup for the children whe we asked twice. We finally went to the watiress station and got them our selves. My daughter's steak needed to be re done and it was very fat. I had mashed potatoes and they had that distinctive leftover taste. Probably made from yesterday's leftover baked potatoes. They automatically added a 15% tip, Which I would have not offered for the quality of service-- and I do tip well for good service. The decor was appealing until you hit the restrooms and then I was reminded of that old diner's rule: ""The cleanliness of the restroom will reflect the cleanliness of the kitchen.""
