This place is fabulous! Definitely the best sushi in the triangle, based on my experience. Get the sushi-lover's platter. Sushi Blues and Sushi Thai have fancier sushi selections, but the quality does not compare. This is just plain and simple GOOD sushi. The atmosphere is nice, upscale but not too upscale, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the food. Sake cocktails all sound intriguing, and the Ginger Cosmopolitan was excellent. They have really good miso soup. Service was adequate -- I'm pretty sure the sushi chef didn't speak English though. But hey, if he makes sushi like that, he can speak whatever he wants. The only thing I disliked about the place was the irritating Japanese pop music they had playing, but it's easy to tune out if you're eating amazing sushi. Overall, this place is EXCELLENT, and I created an account here just so I could review it and tell you all how badly you need to eat at Wild Ginger.
Pros: SUSHI, sake cocktails, quiet
Cons: service adequate
