All chair side staff are well trained. This provides the patient with a high level of confidence. Post-op instructions could be better explained. Although we know that we can contact your office in an emergency, we feel this is becoming more of a burden to you and we do not want to negatively affect our relationship for the future, so we now hesitate to call. more
