no one HATES to go to the dentist more than me! from sleeplessness the night before, to diarrea the morning of the appointment...absolute unreasonable dread and fear. but amazingly, the dr. and his staff put me at ease..are simply wonderful,wonderful!! I absolutely love all of them! they are sooo kind and friendly and careful..it ends up being a very "enjoyable" experience. they have spoiled me for any other office(which I hope that i never have to experience!ha!) sincerely, cheri dittler more

Consultation 1/18/2012

I had been experiencing symptoms of TMJ, and was able to get an appt. quickly and was given information to review on the symptoms prior to the examination. I was given a detailed description of my problem. A plan was put in action so that I could begin my healing. I feel confident that I will receive the best of care. Dr. Willbanks and his staff are always friendly and professional. more

Wild Wonderful World of Root Canals 1/17/2012

This being my 4th or 5th root canal (there have been so many I can't keep count anymore)I can truthfully say it was a painless experiance. Kirsten explained everything that was going to happen (in case I had forgotten) so there were no surprizes. Dr.Joe is the 5th dentist to work in my mouth and of all of them he has the lightest touch. He is always very gental and considerate of your comfort. Every one in this office from Helen to Dr. Joe are totaly commited to keeping your mouth and teeth as healthy as possible. Truly a great dental experience 1/14/2012

I had used another dentist for 30+ years and had no complaints, his situation changed and so I needed a new dentist. Yesterday was the first time for fillings at Dr. Wilbanks. I wasn't expecting anything different than what I had been getting, so I was very impressed at the difference. I would describe previous fillings uncomfortable with very little pain. Not only does Dr. Wilbanks avoid causing pain, the process was comfortable. I am quite pleased with every aspect of Dr. Wilbanks office, staff, equipment, etc. Dr. Wilbanks and staff are quite friendly and caring. I almost forgot to say a quick my appointment was, scheduled for next day, got me in at the time of appointment, started procedure immediately, and finished very quickly. Keep up the good work! more

Two oral Surgeries 1/7/2012

Dental care is excellent, up to date equipment, trained and caring staff that work as a team and the front desk and waiting area is welcoming. Helen keeps things up front running smooth. And Dr. Wilbanks is a pure genius in his ability to relate to patients from all walks of life providing honest, down to earth explanations of the individual patient's needs and what he recommends as the best treatment plan. He actually called me the night of my intensive surgery to check on me. Always available to take calls and answer questions. My thought is "where else would I go to the dentist?" more

THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE 1/6/2012

You will not find a better dentist office or dentist than this one- I have had extensive pain free dental work and have the most beautiful smile I ever could've imagined. No matter what time of day or night, if an emergency situation occurs- Dr. Wilbanks is there for you. The staff actually will feel like part of your extended family. A+ highly recommended! more

Quick in and out! 1/4/2012

Had a crown to come out, called the day before to see when I could get in to have it re-cemented. Didn't get to see Dr. Joe, but was VERY pleased with my experience, and the new dentist. She was pleasant, thorough, quick, and caring. Thank you for another good experience! more

Oral Surgery and Root Canals A Breeze 12/29/2011

Dr. Wilbanks and his staff did an EXECELLENT job making me feel very comfortable during my entire procedure. Being a full time college student, it was nice for everything to be taken care of all in one day. Kudos to the whole staff for a job well done! more

Fastest, Stress Free, Pain Free Experience 11/10/2011

My first experience at your office was very pleasant. The office was a very calming atmosphere from the time I walked in the door. I was very nervous of what would be able to be done for my front tooth. It wasn't long before I was accessed and fixed my problem on the spot. Thank you for such a nice DENTIST experience.
