The people here, especially Brian, were sooooo helpful! He was informative and honest. If the hair piece didn't look good on me, he would tell me. He didn't treat me like a sale but like a real person making a hard decision! I went to a different wig place on Halsey and they told me whatever they wanted to in order to sell me something. I know enough about wigs to know that they weren't being honest. In Oregon, I will only shop at wigland from now on! more

The wigs themselves are Ok; they are good. The service is reaaaally bad. I was not fortunate to meet the woman who has helped some of you. The person there is very rude actually. The moment I try a wig and put it back, he makes sure to let me know I am giving him work. He would go to the wig without talking and brush it, re-arrange it and succeeds in making me feel bad and unwelcomed. Like the second I put the wig. I was there a number of times and it was the same thing. That person has just no idea what good service is. When I ask a question like ""Do you have similar wigs"", he would just go ""no"". period. I felt all the time there he wanted me to leave. I had the feeling he wanted people to go in, say I want that one, not try it or try it once maybe, give cash and leave. But we're talking about wigs here. It's not a grocery store. No smiles, no welcoming, just coldness, that's what I got at Wigland everytime I went. It's such a shame because I do like wigs and everytime I went there I really wanted to buy a wig, but his attitude was very discouraging. I felt stupid trying more than one wig or two. I felt not welcomed AT ALL. This said, I am not going back there again. And, I did buy a wig and will buy more but not from Wigland. That person there needs his mom (the person praised above) to teach him how to talk to customers, make sure they leave happy wether they buy or not, because that's the only way to get them back again and to get them purchase products. When you open a wig store, you should do more than stand behind your cashier and wait for money. This is the first time, by the way, I write a negative review about a store, ever. I hope wigland is open to good and bad feedback. I am sure the person is not mean but all I am saying Wigland can do better than that. more

Great staff the owner I think helped me and was very patient and thoroughly waded through all of the wigs he had just to find me the right one.\r Everytime I come back he only takes a second to run to the back (without me telling him) and has me rung up in less than two minutes! I wish I didnt have to comeback but since I do, I will remain a loyal customer. Love this place! more

Found Maria to be an excellent person to help you pick out the right one. Went in today and first wig I tried on I ended up buying. Also a topper for just the top of my head which my hairdresser fixed for me. Clean, neat shop with great choices. Will surely go back.... Pros: Great choices more
