Do not use this company if you can avoid it. There services are overpriced, as are their actual products.
They literally sell shredders and fax machines for $100 that can be had online (or even in your local Staples) for half the cost.
Their service contracts are a ripoff and an excuse to keep your business. You are much better off buying a product from best buy and getting an extended warranty. If you need service for a typewriter, it's time to invest in a $150 eMachine to do your typing.
