Just took delivery of my fourth vehicle from Wickstrom in the past 24 months. 1 Jeep, 2 Fords and Lincoln. Purchased three of them from Mitch Cierniewski, I would recommend you see him when you need a new vehicle. Mitch is is professional, knows the products and follows up to make sure you are satisfied. I have been a Wickstrom customer for 10 years and have shopped at other dealers but always end up buying at Wickstrom. Service has been excellent. I would recommend this dealership and Mitch. more

My husband and I just leased a new Ford Fusion from this Dealer and had a great experience working with Mitch. There was plenty of inventory to look at, we were well educated on the Fusion during a very enjoyable test drive, and the transaction went very smoothly. I would shop here and work with Mitch in the future. more

If your looking for service, I would recommend going somewhere else. The dealership is clean and the people are friendly, but that's where the good points stop. I have taking my truck in for service on a couple different occasions, only to waste my time. In fact one of the items is probably a $20 part. Instead of fixing the problem and replace the broken one, I have heard multiple excuses about why Ford won't fix it. I was also amazed to hear that Wickstrom did their own research and 95% of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury's need alignment after 15K miles. Again the people seem friendly, but when it comes to backing up what they sold, well the services just isn't there. I would think twice before you deal with them. more

The Ford service dept is excellent. Mike Murphy has taken great care of me over the years and I now service all of my personal and work vehicles with them, even our Chevy. Mike's ability to go well above expectations and the fact that he treats me like I have a fleet of 50 vehicles to service sealed the deal for me. I mostly appeciate the fact that I get that small town feel when I pull up and Mike knows me by name. I am now a lifelong customer even though another Ford dealer is more convenient all because of the great customer service by Mike and the other service staff. more

friendliest dealership ever 12/29/2010

I was greeted when I walked into the dealership, I was asked if I needed help i said I was just looking for now, then i was told if I need help to let them know. When I did need help every question I asked was answered honestly. It was the best experience i've ever had buying a car. There service department was as as friendly as could be. I have sent my wife there for service and was worried they might try to add additional items because she knows nothing about cars. They never tried to oversell her anything. I would never think about buying a car from anyone else. My salesman calls me occasionally to ask me how everything is going and never tries to get me to come in and purchase a new vehicle. Last the showroom and service department are very clean. more

Wonderful Experience....Better than the Lexus Dealer 10/22/2010

Incredible lounge, before I knew it the service on my vehicle was done... as i enjoyed my free starbucks while i checked my email on the MAC in the lounge. I own a Lexus but service at Wickstrom because they are quick, the place is spotless and a fair price. My wife drives a Ford and my daughter a Jeep both purchased from Wickstrom and we service all of our vehicles here........... Highly recommend GEO... more

The Wickstom Group has done an awesome job of serving me as a purchaser of several new cars as well as a purchaser of a used car. In addition, I regularly use the Wickstrom service department and have always been pleased with the prompt, friendly service and the fact there have been ""no suprises"" on service charges. The Wickstrom Group has been serving the Barrington area community for over 20 years! I know of many area residents who have confidently used Wickstrom for the past two decades for all their auto needs. They have continuously proven themselves to be an key leader in the automotive business for all Chicagoland. Wickstrom Auto Group has given the ""extra effort"" to my family and me on many occasions! Unheard of Service 8/2/2010

My past experience with car dealerships was filled with pushy salespeople. Not long ago, I pulled up to a Nissan dealership where three salespeople were outside the entrance smoking. One of them actually stomped out their cigarette in front of me and asked me if they could help me! Wickstrom Ford, by contrast, is the epitome of professionalism. I was blown away by their product knowledge as well. These folks aren't just pushing a ""product"" -- they are really passionate about the vehicles. This is the second vehicle I've gotten from Wickstrom Ford and I've also sent four friends over who have all bought their vehicles there as well. Their service department is second to none and the personalized attention is unparalleled. They have a customer for life in me.? Pros: Exceptional service! more

Excellent service 8/22/2007

I have now purchased two vehicles from Wickstrom, an F150 and Mustang. I came away amazed both times. This was not with out doing some research. Both times I offered my business to the dealer located closest to my home, but in each instance Wickstrom won my business on price, and service.\r With it my loyalty moving forward.\r They never pressured me, but instead worked hard to make sure the decision to buy a car from them was the right one. They were fair, honest, and dedicated to making sure I was satisfied, before, during and AFTER the sale.\r I have recommended them to all my friends, and thought it worth taking the time to write this review.\r So my advice is, forget about the dealer closest to your home, the service you get at Wickstrom is worth the drive. Excellent vehicles and salesmen and service 9/11/2006

Wickstrom Ford has been my car dearler for the last 5 cars and I will always go back to them. Glenn is a wonderful salesman, who is not pressuresome and is very patient and understanding of all the questions and concerns. Bob L in service is also wonderful. He is very friendly and he explains in details the repairs that need to be done or have been done. He will let you know what you should have done to keep your car running smooth. He always puts a smile on the ""next oil change date/milage sticker"" Most importantly, the cars that I have purchased, all pre-owned, have been reliable with the full history available on each vehicle.
