They saved my truck 3/6/2014

They saved my old truck. My old truck spring mount rusted away. I thought I would have to sent it to the scrap yard. Talked to Bill he said bring it in and lets see what we can do with it. He found all the parts for a 20 year old truck and had it back on the road in two days. All for a fair price. more

They saved my truck. The spring mount had rusted away on my old truck. Within three days Bill and the guys had found all the parts for a 20 year old truck and had it ready to be picked up. All for a fair price.\r \r Would highly recommend them. more

Family fav. 5/31/2013

My family have been bringing their cars to Wholesale Auto for years. \r We have been happy with their work and prices. We are always called before any work is done. We are now on the third generation of drivers that use them. more

They made a customer for life! 2/28/2013

One day my check engine light came on while I was driving home from work. When I got home I called some friends and a few of them told me to call Bill at Wholesale Auto Repair. They got my car in that day and within 10 minutes they came back to tell me the gas cap was loose and there were no serious problems with the car. I was totally at their mercy and to give me such honest and simple solution, I was thrilled. I will be coming back again now I know there is some one nearby I can trust. more

Great and honest people! 1/18/2013

I have been going to Wholesale Auto Repair since I had my very first car. I took my car to them the first time when I thought I needed new brakes. After about 5 min the mechanic came and told me my brakes were still in very good shape and the noise I heard was a rock rubbing in there. They sent me on my way at no charge. Who knew such an honest repair shop still existed! more

I have been a customer of Wholesale Auto Repair for almost 20 years. I really enjoy knowing I can trust what they say when it comes to fixing my truck. The owner is a great guy and will take as much time as you need to understand exactly why something needs to be replaced and nothing is ever done without them telling me first. All in all, great shop and fantastic service! more

Very capable and friendly service. 4/28/2010

Wholesale Auto Repair's employees are very kind, and I am quite happy with them. I have used them for 3 or 4 years. I was recommended by someone I know, and they are very close by. I really like the fact that they pick me up and take me home. Their service is fine. They are always very helpful. The only thing is that their davenport is uncomfortable and needs more cushions. more

I trust them more than any other mechanic. 12/14/2009

My family has been using Wholesale Auto Repair for about 15 years and I have always trusted them more than any other mechanic. I trust them to figure out what the problem is quickly and fix it in the most economical way. I appreciate the fact that Bill always comes up with alternative ways to fix things. For example, when I had to have my air suspension fixed, the motor kept blowing a fuse on it. Instead of replacing the motor, which would have been more costly, Bill installed a surge protector that solved the problem. I would recommend Wholesale Auto Repair because they provide you with honest feedback and do what is right for the customer. more

They treat you like family. You are not just a customer. 12/11/2009

My husband started taking his truck to Wholesale Auto Repair and then we took one of our collector cars there. We had such a good experience that we have continued to go back...for the last 10 years now. They work on all of my cars and have done everything from fixing a fuse to major repair work related to transmission problems. Their prices are good and they are very honest. They never do more than what they say they are going to do and, if something else comes up, they will call you first before they do any additional work. At Wholesale Auto Repair, they treat you like family. You are not just a customer. I highly recommend them. In fact, I do recommend them all of the time. Sheila Wruck more

Wholesale Auto Repair is trustworthy 8/2/2009

We have taken our vehicles to them for years. I like their prices and they are nice folks. They aren't perfect but we will continue to use them. They have taken the time to explain things to me. We took my daughter's car in this past spring because it wasn't acting right and was surprised that a very knowlegable and trusted friend had put in the wrong size spark plug. I have always thought that a spark plug was a spark plug. more

Leaking fluids 3/3/2009

Our local auto chain told us it would cost $1,000 to repair the leaking transmission and other fluids. Wholesale repaired the leaking transmission fluid for under $150 and could find no signs of other leaking fluids. We've had other work done there in the past and the price and service has always been great. Pros: Open 8am-8pm, dropped car off at noon and was done by 4. more

Honest Owner! 10/21/2008

I took my car to Wholesale Auto Repair in Brooklyn Park, MN to have a head bolt heater installed a few years ago. I was shocked and very impressed when Bill came into the waiting area to inform me I already had one, (the cord was hiding up inside) and there would be no cost for the appointment!! I am convinced most repair shops would have not been so honest and charged me for the heater I already owned, plus labor!! Thanks Bill! more

Great Customer Service 3/7/2008

I just want to thank the crew at Wholesale for the honesty and workmanship they provided me. I will definitely tell my friends and coworkers to get there work done at your shop. Thanks again! My vehicle is running great! Pros: Thumbs UP! more

A RARITY: An honest car repair shop that won't rip you off 10/17/2007

Took my truck in for an idling problem. I had been told by other mechanics that it was probably a valve on the fuel injection that would cost about a hundred bucks plus installation. Wholesale Auto Repair found a vacuum leak and repaired in 6 minutes. The bill $20.00. I'm sold! Pros: Fast, honest, inexpensive. more

Don't let the name fool you 8/7/2006

This AAA recommended certified mechanic is a smooth talker. His shop, location, amenities, and map is listed under AutoZone Procare Website. They advertise that their members do free engine/ electrical/battery checks. I'd had it checked at Champion Auto for free, when it wouldn't hold a charge. I call him, to support local, small shops, and I'd used him before. I told him I needed a battery. He said to bring it right in. When I did, he came out and tells me he ran his check, and for $29.95, tells you it's dead. Then, the only battery he will sell you is the top of the line, Napa 950 crank,it's $90. You tell him you cannot afford that, can you go get a cheaper battery, and have him install it? NO. He "sells" the battery, and when you are finished, he has also charged $52.85 to install, because he had to "take the wheel off". Chrysler,(charges $25) "in all their wisdom", he said, designed it that way. This is an 86 month battery with 2 year full replacement. You have work done on your othe more
