My ""one star"" rating is NOT for this store - it's for a very unprofessional employee: Shevonne.
She was very rude to me when I needed to make a return. I was told there was a complete satisfaction guarantee before I purchased the item in question and yet, even though I had my receipt and it was within 30 days of purchase, Shevonne was quite resistant and acted inappropriately suspicious and required my ID even though I had a receipt! I later found out that an ID is *only* required when there is no receipt or it's a very expensive item. It's very odd that Whole Foods Market would allow this employee, who is not even a manager, to exert such inappropriate authority over extremely loyal customers. I must spend $12,000 per year in this store alone!!!! It truly seems as if she is bored or disgruntled and has an axe to grind with customers. I do hope someone takes note of her behavior, since this is just such a great place otherwise. Thanks for reading.
