My Grandfather,Oliver ""Pick"" Chastain,(Purple Heart & many other WWII Medals Recipient)passed away 8/24/2011. He had a prepaid funeral through Cresthaven Cemetary(excluding flower vase,name plate)which my mother wrote a 1500.00 check on 8/25/2011 and paid in full for both. To this day over 6 months later,after many calls and inquiries as to why my grandfather is in an unmarked grave,all my family gets is the runaround and excuses.I feel there is ""NO"" excuse for a man that served his country as a decorated soldier and tried to take care of his burial arrangements to save his family hardship should be disrespected in such a manner.Is there anyone that can please help my family and a decorated WWII hero get nothing more than his name on his last resting place? Not much to ask for someone that was loved and served his country in such an honorable manner.
