I agree with Emily. The employees at this clinic can be very rude. Don't ever stop in to buy something like flea medicine, even if there is nobody in the waiting room they act as if they are too busy. Like you should make an appointment to purchase the things they have on display in the waiting room for sale. They can go beyond rude to insulting not only me but my pet. I have been personally berated by staff in the waiting room in front of other people and then was told by the vet I was over-reacting. The vet's medical treatment of my pet appeared to be good though I suspect some of the many tests run on my pet over the years were not necessary and added to pad the bill. I do think the vets are competent but I hate to think now how my pet was treated once they took him into the back. There is a young female vet who seems to actually like my pet and care about him as should every vet. Over all I would avoid this place unless you have an emergency. more

If you care about your pet's welfare, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!\r \r This establishment is inhumane in their practices. They'll take any opportunity to terrify a patron into believing their pet will die if they don't authorize a series of crazy expensive procedures, that the pet probably doesn't need.\r \r I wonder how they sleep at night.\r \r This is the most horrible veterinary establishment I have been unfortunate enough to patronize in my entire life.\r \r The receptionists; Heather, and Cathy are best described as bitter and insane. In my experience; they were horrifyingly rude & incompetent. They resorted to berating personal insults when I pointed out their mistake. I hung up on them, and they proceeded to CALL ME RIGHT BACK SO THEY COULD CONTINUE TO INSULT ME! I asked to speak with the Dr. about the issue, and while I was assured one of them would call me back within 2 hours, I'm still waiting for that call.\r \r Don't worry; I won't hold my breath.\r \r The Doctor's practices are questionable at best. In my case, they had my cat on three courses of antibiotics, in a row, which I'm told is dangerous. I also suspect them of preying on my emotions to stack my bills (& torture my pet) with erroneous, unnecessary procedures.\r \r I am embarrassed to have paid so much money to an establishment that played me like a mark, and whose employees abused me right to my face. These people are clearly ungrateful for their jobs and have absolutely no respect for their paying customers. Moreover, this establishment is INHUMANE because they care more about covering up their own mistakes then the welfare of the animals they claim to serve. more
