This negitive post was brought to our attention by a customer, and we felt we should respond. The BMW that came to us was badly damaged, not just the paint, but the wheel had very bad bend's in the barrel. The customer knew this and that's why he had us check the roundness of his NEW wheel. remember the customer is an experienced painter, and for 15.00 dollars and a couple of hours , he could have fixed it himself,So why bring it to a wheel repair shop? Our guys worked really hard on his wheel , and were able to save his wheel. we tried to call 4 days later (not 2 week's)thats when we found out he gave us a wrong number(which he admitted to later). He called us 2 weeks later and we told him his wheel was ready. As soon as he showed up he was trying to find things wrong with the wheel. we told him that we would be happy to fix anything he might find because we stand behind our work ,but he didnt want that , he wanted us to lower the price then he would take the wheel. We STILL were willing to work with him, but when we didnt take off as much as he wanted , he started insulting our employees (using racial slurs) , our guys bent over backwardsto give him a good ,safe quality repair , so now we were done trying to work with him . When we said he could talk to the owner, he hurried up and paid then left. later we talked to the shop he blamed for the all damage to his wheel, they knew he wasnt going to be happybecause he didnt want the wheel repaired he wanted a replacment . Then they informed us that they paid for the repair, and in fact we saved them around 600.00 dollars , so much for not wanting to get the kid in trouble !! Remember the customer thinks he could have fixed it for around 15.00 dollars and a little of his time but spent more than that of time and gas to bring it to us, we know that you cant please everyone but for a small shop ,we try as hard as anyone. WE do stand behind our workand take pride in what we do . Please check OUR Facebook page , and see a small sample of the thousands of wheels that we have done . Judge for yourself, we work on everything from walkin customers (many from word of mouth) to major body shops and insurance referals the same way WITH PRIDE !! Thank You For reading this Management. more

Wheel Repair 3/6/2012

I needed some work done on my wheel and asked around and was given Wheel Connections name. I was also told it was under new ownership and management. I took my wheel to them and they were nice. The repair was done in a timely manner and they did a great job. I also thought the pricing wasn't too high or too low.I will go back to them if I need another repair. I highly recommend Wheel Connection. Thanks for the great job! more

POOR POOR WORKMANSHIP 10/6/2011

I'm an experiance painter and mechanic. So I know what i'm talking about. I recently had a new rim installed on my BMW. Well the rim popped off the tire machine while they where doing the R&R of the tire. This was a brand new 750 dollar BMW 550I. I didn't want the kid to get stuck paying for it. SO I told them I'd get the rim refinished. It was$130 bucks at Wheel connection. It was 15 bucks worth of paint materials and MAYBE 2 hours of labor. So all in all Wheel connection had $30 bucks invested.. It took them two weeks to get this done and when I drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up. It was done HALF ASSED. NOT only that. The rear part of the rim wasn't even sprayed. 10 mins of extra work and the materials that they threw away could've covered it....I had them double check for OUT OF ROUNDNESS. and he said it was off a hair. SO they fixed it....(REMEMBER I SAID IT WAS A NEW RIM) Wheel they hit the rim and did a minor weld...CHECK my facebook and you'll see what I mean.... The basecolor was shot thin and the clear is dry in some spots,Along with trash in the clear....MANNNNNNN I hate getting riped off..I knew I should've not sent it there when I saw all the other negitive post....................... more
