Weymer was here the next day to start the job(remove old lani and build a new one in its' place. They completely tore down the old lani then left. About two weeks later after repeated calling on our part they showed up and wanted more money to continue the project which we gave them; came back about a week later and asked for more money to pay for the windows which we also gave them. NO work was being done so we repeatedly call and was told they would be there tomorrow or the next day; no one showed up. More calls to the builder, finally they showed up put up the framing for the lani. Now it's the beginning of November; a week later they put on the ""premium roof"". Well we had a heavy wind and rain storm and the water poured in between the lani roof and our homes' roof. When asked about this they responded that the roof was not sealed as yet so now our ceiling has water spots where the water came in and stained the ceiling. Next week the windows arrived but oops!!! the lani was framed wrong for the windows so some frameing had to be removed and reworked and so it continues ....it is now Jan 2007 and we have all but three windows installed no doors no insulation (rework) wrong windows on the job for last three, exterior partially finished. Oh by the way they had the audasity to ask for the rest of the money we owe them before the job is finished. I don't think so!!!!!
