I paid the membership fee when I was recently trying to find a house for rent. When I first logged on there were about 6 matches to my search. I have not seen a new match sense....

Way to go local company! I like to see santa monica based companies doing well and I recently noticed Westside Rentals has started live-support 24 hours a day. Admittedly, looking for an apartment at 4am is not the best strategy, but I pinged them with a live chat and the person was helpful and actually in LA. Very nice. more

Has anyone else noticed that the Westside Rentals signs that I see EVERYWHERE have changed recently? Now I see little bulls-eyes whenever I drive around. Kinda nice. more

Quick growth 7/14/2008

This service is great. I wish I had thought of Westside Rentals a few years ago. They must be making serious bank. The name is kinda confusing though?I found a spot through them in Pasadena and they even have an office there. I guess they?ve outgrown their own name! good problem to have I suppose. more

Darn this service! It?s the only way to find a decent place. I tried craigslist and even got ripped off by some other company that charges but doesn?t have 7 offices like Westside Rentals. I gave in and, lo and behold, found a spot 3 blocks from the water. Darn you Westside Rentals! more

These guys have charged $60 for as long as I can remember. Nobody tell them, but people would pay a lot more nowadays. They have 20 THOUSAND listings. Hey, I?m not complaining. They?re the ones getting outpaced by inflation. Yeah Westside Rentals! more

Has anyone tried all of their ?Member Benefits?? Apparently you can get $60 off on TW Cable, moving services, gym memberships, renters insurance and other stuff. I didn?t realize it until after I?d already moved and set everything up? more

I feel like I ripped Westside Rentals off somehow. I signed up for $60, got a great place right away and then when I signed up for Time Warner Cable, which I had to do anyway, Westside Rentals gave me a $60 rebate. I don?t quite get it, but I feel pretty good about it.v more

Landlords love this company. I tried calling places by driving around and they were asking me if I was a member of Westside Rentals. I guess they do free credit checks. Hey, smoke em if you got em I guess. I joined. more

My buddy in San Diego says he?s started to see Westside Rentals signs in downtown SD and even saw an office over in PB. I remember when Westside Rentals didn?t even have a website and handed out Xerox copies everyday at 4pm! more

Does anyone else feel like this company is taking over? I drove by their santa monica office last week and saw that they now do commercial leasing and even have a full real estate brokerage. Last year my friend got a job through their other site, jobs.westsiderentals. com .I?m keeping an eye on these guys? more

I got my apartment in just 24 hrs after getting registering with them. Isn't is amazing . And two of my friends coming from texas got place to stay on just phone call and within couple of hrs their place was finalized after checking out several options . Initially I tried to search an apartment thorugh craiglists, but it resulted in my waste of time only,,,i read about Westside Rentals somewhere on internet ,and decided to give them a try after viewing their listings for los-angeles apartment. And, it worked for me,,in just 3 days i got an apartment through them . Thnankyou, Westside Rentals for that. more

Doing great 2/26/2008

I shifted to LA 2 months before , initially for 3 days i stayed at Westside Rentals Hotel , that was really nice experience , also staying there was not that much costly that i expected. After 3 days , I got an apartment on rent from them where i m staying now. This place is awesome. more
