After my daughter experienced an issue with her van, I took the vehicle to Westside Automotive to be checked out and/or repaired as necessary. The afternoon I left the vehicle, I advised the office that I did not need the vehicle back until the first of the following week. However, when I received a call back the following day, I was expecting a list of issues that needed to be corrected. Instead, I was advised that the issue boiled down a need to replace the radiator cap (pun intended). They had a god opportunity to take advantage of me, but did not. I was introduced to Westside Automotive back in the early 1960's when my father took his vehicles in for work.. Since I was old enough to own vehicles, I have without exception, used Westside as the repair shop for all my vehicles. After having approximately 55+ years experience with Westside Automotive, the knowledge of their work ethics, honesty and prompt service I highly recommend them as the best repair shop in Jacksonville.
