Internet Buying Experience 7/29/2010

I went online to buy a Kia Rio at Weston Kia. After submitting my information, a woman named Mayra immediately contacted me to find out how they could help me. I told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. We scheduled an appointment to visit the store later in the week. When I went in to the store, a woman named Charlie helped me. She listened to my needs and helped direct me to a new car that fit my budget and needs. While I was doing my paperwork, they pulled my new car right onto the showroom floor by me. When I finished my paperwork, Charlie sat in the car with me on the showroom and showed me where everything was located on the car and how to operate everything. She also gave me a free oil change for my first service. As I was getting ready to leave, the General Manager, Mike Berryman, came over to thank me for honoring their store with my business. Everything was incredibly smooth. This was easily the best buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Weston Kia to anyone without reservation, and I will certainly tell my friends and family about my pleasant experience with this business. The bottom line with this store is that they not only did everything they said they would do, but made the whole experience easy and fun. Thank you, Weston Kia! more


WESTON KIA IS HORRIBLE PERIOD!!! STAY AWAY Weston Kia, Gresham OR is one dealership I will STAY AWAY from... Their manger of online sales is an idiot in my estimation and Mike Berryman his boss's boss would not even speak to us and we were told he was somewhere else. I am surprised banks let Weston Kia lend their money and my guess is they don't deliver on their advertising. The Weston family or whomever owns Weston Kia should be ashamed of what they have created. Have a trade in? Be careful taking it to Weston Kia! You may end up reliving a scene from Ferris Bueller's Day Off when the parking attendant took the Ferrari for a ride. Here let us inspect your car with a hammer, wouldn’t surprise me. $200.00 and a job to buy a new Kia and at the advertised price? You must be joking. We have better credit than a small country and there deal was nowhere to be found for our daughter. The radio stations should shut off their advertising fast! This is just our experience so maybe yours is better… Doubt it… With so many places that you could do business with that don't have bitter people like us ragging about them, why would you risk it? Really? I looked online for happy customers thinking that maybe I was a minority and perhaps I should take a deep breath but I found very few and where I found them I found similar stories to ours in the mix. Impressed with Service and Product 12/20/2005

My sister referred me to Weston Kia, like she does everything. But we were impressed with the service offered by Weston. We decided on a Sedona Mini-Van, and they offered an incredible warranty. And they searched for the specific colors we wanted, and found it. In all, it was a pretty painless car buying process. more

Friendly, no pressure sales 7/26/2005

Our first female car sales woman. She was great and now hubby is convinced that men make the best waiters, and women make the best car sales people. She really was great, no pressure to buy, and we love our new Kia Sedona Van. The process was a bit long as it is at other places. This is something that could be improved, and we would go back. But with our warranty we won't need a new vehicle for a long time. The actually signing of papers was one of the fastest we've ever experiences! more
