VERY RUDE!!!! I called today to see if I could get prices for an flower arrangement for my mom's birthday and to inquire about delivery.... The gal on the phone was incredibly rude like I was bothering her for doing her job. I don't live in CO but my mom does and wanted to send her something nice. I finally asked the lady ""Am I bothering you?"" She said ""Yes, actually you are!"" So I told her to have a nice day and I hung up. I called back to speak to a manager and was told she was there alone and she refused to give me her name.... It is such a shame! To have such poor customer service in a customer service type job. I wonder how much business this flower shop is losing because of her.... After reading the rest of the reviews it seems this has been going on for years.... I would not recommend this shop to anyone! more

VERY RUDE and Nasty Customer Service !!! I wanted to order a small flower bouquet for my wedding, nothing fancy and I found their website on the internet. Next day, a lady named Susan left me a voicemail and said they do not entertained Wedding Bouquet on the internet and my order has been cancelled. I called the shop and wanting to set up an appointment (if they want me to since I thought its just a small bouquet) to go by and order it. It was the same lady, Susan who answered the phone. I introduced myself and told her I am returning her call and I didnt know I cannot order it on the internet. Before I can say anything else, she talked in an absolute nasty tone and said again they do not do internet order for wedding bouquet, asked me to go to FTD and order it from them and FTD is absolutely ridiculous and they charged 3x as much that a person can afford. (By the way I only order a $59.99 bouquet) And I was just stunned by her response, I asked her why are you mad at me basically saying indirectly why she is so rude. And she is like 'I am not' and she just hung up the phone. This is ridiculous. First of all, I hope she is not the owner, if she is, it is just a shame she is in this industry that requires CUSTOMER SERVICE. Second of all, if she is mad at FTD for publishing wedding bouquet on her website then she needs to do something about it, take those features like wedding bouquet off website. Third of all, Is this the way she treats CUSTOMERS or maybe even people who comes across her life ??? Based on the rest of the comments in this site, it looks like I am not the only victim ! Terrible attitude, worse customer service 3/23/2008

Ordered flowers to be delivered March 1, 2008 for a baby shower. Credit card charged February 21, 2008 for the March 1 delivery. Spoke with mother-to-be evening of March 1 and no flowers delivered. Phoned Westminster Flowers and Gifts on Monday, March 3 questioning the non delivery and after waiting a few moments was told "sorry" the order fell behind some others and was never placed. Indicated that I was upset that flowers were not delivered and was told again, "sorry, things happen." Absolutely no attempt at trying to rectify the situation. Requested a credit. March 13 called store again as no credit had been issued. The woman that answered the phone said, "I can't help you." Tried to explain that I was looking for a credit that I felt was overdue. She replied not to get upset with her as she was "called in from the pool to answer the phone because everyone was sick." Again tried to explain that she'd be upset also if she was due a $93 credit for flowers not delivered and she said she had nothing to do with the company and hung up on me. After filing a formal complaint and denying the charge with my credit card company, a credit was issued. Stay away. Pros: Can't give you one. Cons: Failure to fulfill delivery; quick to charge, slow to credit; rude, unprofessional service more

Westminster Flowers ROCKS 5/11/2006

I had a dear friend away on travel for the first time in years, and these guys TOTALLY hooked her up with a FANTASTIC arrangement at a reasonable price. They accepted my order in the afternoon and were able to deliver it very soon thereafter. What's more, they were delivering to a hotel, where my friend had yet to check in, and they arranged to have the flowers automatically delivered to her room so that when she arrived? They were there waiting. Across every scale of measuring - Westminster Flowers comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me. Pros: Courteous, Efficient, Fast more
