I called to ask about an item that I needed in the garden section. When I explained to the kid what I needed, he acted like he couldn't have cared less. Instead of going and checking on what he had, he apparently just looked out the window and said he didn't think he had it. What has happened to customer service. Does the management not understand or care that a large part of how their store is perceived is about positive customer service. I will not consider purchasing at this store again.
