Worst

This vet mis-diagnosed our beloved dog, and we lost her as a result. We would not recommend entrusting your pet's care to her.

Caring/Friendly Vet Services 5/18/2010

Dr. Cates and her veterinary team are incredible. The front desk staff always takes the time to explain all procedures and answer any questions you might have. When our cat underwent surgery, they called to let us know she was going into surgery and after the surgery was completed to let us know she was doing well. They readily calmed all worries and never seemed frustrated with your questions. The caring front desk staff have made taking our cat to the vet a great experience. Thank you!!! more

Westbrook Animal Hospital has great vets! 7/10/2009

The desk staff and vets at Westbrook are topnotch and caring. Love them. The grooming staff tries hard but isn't as great as the vets and the wonderful front desk people. more

Dr. Martha and Dr. Nick are WONDERFUL! 10/25/2007

My furry "children" have been patients of Westbrook Animal Hospital for many years. I not only have pets of my own, but over the years I have rescued and found homes for many abused and/or abandoned cats and dogs. The Westbrook staff are caring, professional and very knowledgeable. I have been to other veterinarians in Burlington and have felt like they only wanted me to spend as much money as possible for things that my animals did not need. This office is not just about making money, they truly care about the animals! I tried many different veterinarians in Burlington prior to finding Westbrook and I would not trust my pets to anyone else! more
