Let's be honest. Read them and, then, you decide, if you think they are reviews of live customers. This City Street won't take a review, right now, that is honest and is trying to make me sugar coat the fact that these reviews are posted by the owner. I must say that if you are looking for a relaxed place to get your hair done, then this is the place!! Lisa has been coloring and cutting my hair and she is awesome!! My color has never been better and she always takes the time to ensure my happiness!! Her cut s are wonderful and her drying skills are one of the best I have seen!! The salon is nice in that it is not loud and crazy, but such a relaxed and peaceful environment!! I always leave there feeling so much better than when I arrived . more

I'm a natural redhead who's been going grey the past few years. Before I consulted Lisa R., I hadn't been able to find a colorist who could match my natural shade to my satisfaction! But Lisa did it! She magically mixed shades to arrive at my real color perfectly! She's very professional, has a great attitude and has made me feel and look years younger!! I recently went to lisa at the THE WEST END SALON ! Lisa did the best blowdry I have ever had my hair was smoth and silky with lots of body . She use's the rizoletto technique it 's were you leave brushes in the hair as you blowdry . Its so neat once she take them out your hair is fabulous. It 's like no other blowdry I have had before !!! I'm hooked I go every friday so I look hot for the weekend !!! I LOVE IT ! Pros: easy to get to , cute salon more

I am so happy to say, I would recommend Lisa r. to all of my friends and family! I recently had a VERY bad experience with another 'highly recomended' salon in Laguna Niguel, and wont mention names. But I am so Pleased with her! I saw her today for my color and to fix my haircut. She was so professional, and the salon she works at is very friendly and beautiful. It really pays to look around if you are not satisfied, I am now very satisfied! Thanks Lisa for do a wonderful job , I'm YOUR client for life !!! If you are up for sitting in on the lives of the girls who travel to vagas and party, you will enjoy this one! Hear all the ups and downs of life in the fast lane and sometimes you may even catch a traveling vendor show of jewelry, purses or sunglasses. (Be prepared to wait while your hair person shops.)
