Located near Huff and Howell Mill on Atlanta's west side, the West Egg Cafe is a great place to go for speedy service and friendly staff.
I went on a tuesday for lunch, and while the wait was a bit long, it was worth the wait. I ordered the Turkey bacon and gouda sandwich with the pineapple gazpacho, and was very pleasantly surprised with the speed with which it arrived. The West Egg grinds its own coffee, roasted by "Dancing Goat" (i think.). The cappucino was made quite well, and arrived quickly, as well. My glass of ice water and other glass of tea never went empty before a smiling waiter filled it. My whole meal, including the cappucino, came to around $9, a paltry sum in Atlanta for lunch, and the sandwich was quite filling.
