I used to like Wendy's in Hudson quite a bit. Last week, I took my family in there for what we hoped would be a quick meal to go. We ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 fries, a cup of chili and a small frosty. We ordered our food at 6:34pm. At 6:52, we had not received our order however numerous people who came in after us got their food. They had the cup of chili sitting on the counter for 16 minutes at this point. The manager advised us we were waiting on our food because we ordered ""junior"" items such as double stacks or bacon double cheese burgers. at 6:54, our refund was processed and we were out the door, never to return again. On a side note, I notified the franchise owner of the experience the next day and it is almost a week later with no response.
