Wendy's is a good place to stop by when you are in need of a quick snack or meal. They are now offering a wide variety of healthy choices on their menu. You can get baked chips with your meal instead of french fries and you can also substitute bottled water in place of a soda. They also have at least 4 different salads to choose from which are all great. My favorite is the taco salad. Even though it is still a bit high in calories, it has much less fat then a burger and fries. Their .99 cent menu is also great when money is tight.
