have soo had it with this particular wendys! I use the drive thru daily, they ""cannot"" (care enough) to get a simple order correct! I hate sweet tea, I despise coffee, yet when I order a large UNsweetened tea(s) its like they must be at the bottom of the pot, cause I get it mixed with coffee or sweet tea. *THIS I watched from the window while waiting for it. He turns his back in front of the pot so he thinks I can't see him adding sweet tea to an Unsweet I order! what if I were diabetic? allergic? etc: !! today-- I get a mixture of tea and coffee. gross! I usually drive right back through and have them correct this but no more. they don't care enough to keep me as a returning customer, I don't care then to return. (and yes, I have even brought this to the mgrs attention. he seemed unphased by it).so,, he does this also, just to make that buck? thinking its a drive thru,-I'm safe. Today is my last visit to this wendys. there are too many other places around this wendys who would enjoy having my money. DD- BK -7-eleven, etc; someplace will have enough pride in them selves to want to get an order correct to have a repeating customer. people talk ya know. I know I am.
