I contacted Wayne Jackson w/ K Hov homes about defective window molding and he put in contact w/ Wendell siding and they refused to replace molding.\r They sent a rep named Tommy around Dec 1, 2009 and he told me they did not cover the window molding and was supposed to get back w/ me on the manufacturer warranty, but never did. I called WS back around Dec 31, 2009 and spoke w/ GM ""Huskie"" who yelled me down over the phone b/c I was hard to get up w/ (I work in a ER), I should have known I would have to take care of my home and there was only a 1 year warranty on this product. I asked where this was on his website and he told me it was not on there. I also questioned whether his rep had actually come by and he told that he did ""free of charge"" (yet his rep never noticed that my shutters were faded as well as the molding issues). He then told me I could call the owner b/c I was really out of luck. The owner Joey King left me several messages despite the fact I left a message at his office that I would only be able to speak w/ him at 1400 and he called me 3 times from 10:15am-10:30am. He also does not give out his cell phone, so he cannot be reached out of the office. He stated in his last message the he would call me back, but I have not heard from him at all, so I can only assume that he does not wish to follow up w/ me at all. \r Category: Guarantee or Warranty Issues \r Case opened date: 01/04/2010 \r Case closed date: \r Desired Resolution: I am only seeking the replacement of my molding and a clear and substancial warranty like on all their other... I want to be treated like I am a valued customer and homeowner with their product on my house. Cons: Does not honor warranty more
