I was sent checks i didn't order. The checks had my personal account number mixed with my business address. I contacted the bank who assured me that it was their error. I contacted their printer who assured me that there was no order that was placed by me, only the bank. Customer service on line reassured me i will not be charged. Then i found a charge on my statement for the checks. When i wrote customer service they tried to say i ordered it, then they tried to act like it was my fault and i had to call someone to get it off. What kind of customer service is this for a bank to treat a long time customer? I'm thinking of removing my corporate account too, and alerting at least 20 of my clients and neighbors in Sugar Land not to use Wells Fargo anymore. If your a customer I invite you to explain how you were mistreated also. This will not go unresolved. I will go to the top people in the bank and report their level of concern in this matter too.
