I've been to this Vet about 8 times all together, I'm the type of person who remains loyal to businesses especially to a Vet office, I like a routine for myself and my dog. I've recently decided to take my dog to another Vet because of the staff at Wells Rd. I don't know why I subjected myself to their unprofessional customer service for so long but like I said I like to keep a routine. At one point one of the staff actually said that my wife is "stupid" because she refused to abort some kittens to a feral cat in my neighborhood. I generally don't like to express my discontent with private businesses, I believe everyone should form their own opinion but I feel as if I've given this Vet. office more than enough times to redeem themselves. One time I showed up on a Saturday, which is all walk in, and I waited for a little over two hours. Finally after watching countless people who checked in after me go in and see the Vet I asked the young lady behind the counter if I had been called already, she told me she forgot to set my appointment and if i would just sit down and wait they'd get to me. No apology, no compassion, absolutely no care for the customer. I have a story similar to this with two of the Vets at the office, two of the receptionist, specifically the one who owns an english bulldog that sits in the office. I can't remember her name but she was specifically angry while talking politics in the shop, which even though I agreed with her I noticed other people in the waiting area didn't and I found it inappropriate conversation for a business, but that's just my opinion the owner of that place might enjoy that sort of shop talk. I have even had a problem with the groomer who works in the building behind the office. I'm amazed that this place has stayed open this long, maybe I just stumbled onto this Vet. during a bad stretch but I'm highly recommending that people stay away from this Vet., there's plenty of other good Vet. offices out there with equally qualified Dr.'s and much better customer service.
