I know that it is just their job, but it really bothers me that when I go through the drive through to make a deposit and they send me back my receipt they then ask what ELSE they can do for me? Seriously the people who force the tellers to say certain things should re-think this one. When I tell you I'm just here to do a deposit and then you ask me what else you can do? It just makes no sense, does anyone agree with me about this? I have to make multiple deposits for work each week and it just drives me crazy that they always ask me that. They have good customer service, but I think it would be better if Wells Fargo just allowed their tellers to be more natural and say what they want.
