Weir's Furniture Village

Bought a Stern & Foster queen pillowtop mattress set over 1 yr. ago & was very disatisfied. Reported mattress problem 1 week later & sales rep. Gonzalez just said to turn it around. Didn't work. Impossible to sleep on; you roll to one side. Defective and factory guarantee for 10 yrs. but Weir's wouldn't take it back. Stuck with it. No one can sleep on it. Paid a bundle for it. Amanda Biggs, customer rep., was not helpful. Customer satisfaction is not their strong point. more

Although they do have a second fantastic location in Plano, I prefer the location close to downtown Dallas. Weir's prides itself on fine furniture, good customer service, and value pricing--that is exactly what they deliver. They even have a Post Office where you may mail letters and packages! Whatever your needs, Weir's can fulfill them, whether it's on their main floor or in their very special Clearance Center. I can't say enough good things about Weir's Furniture Village. They now have another location in the Plano/Frisco area, but the one on Knox is the one I really love. Not only do they have wonderful variety, but they also have a back "store" that has a popcorn machine, old fashioned bottle cokes, fresh baked cookies, and candy along with really unique and interesting accessories and gift items that you wouldn't be able to find easily other places. The staff is friendly, and helpful, the prices are really good, this is a fun place to shop! more
