Waialae Plumbing has been the plumber of choice for our condominium a number of years. They always provide detailed estimates, thorough evaluations, and skilled application of plumbing skills. I had them install a shower and other general plumbing work in my condo unit. They were timely, offered good suggestions, and completed all work professionally. They even worked out a payment schedule with me. I couldn't ask for more. more

I just had Waialae Plumbing re-plumb my entire house in Manoa. Emelio was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional as the supervisor. His team showed up on time, finished on time, and did great work. Their estimate was also less expensive than a comparison quote I received. (Per Emelio, the poor reviews on this site were from a former employee that was let go...a litte suspicious that both were entered on the same date, don't you think?) No reservations to use these guys again. more

I just saw this review when I googled the number for Waialae plumbers. I was going to call them again for what I think might be roots invading my pipes but i will try someone else. I had them a year ago to my home in Mililani and the plumber was able to fix my problem for a fair price, but the office kept calling me asking to pay for service I paid for. This happened 3 times until they admitted they were mistaken, but not before I got a call from someone who identified themselves as the owner ( don't remember his name) - but he was very abusive verbally and also hung up the phone. Although I was very unhappy with the customer service I did like the plumber who came to my home and fixed the problem so I would have used them again but maybe not. more

Experienced homeowner having used various companies on Oahu in the past, called Waialae Plumbing for expert and prompt plumbing work on my new home. Plumber arrived without simple replacement parts or ability to make various, simple repairs that another company made same day as phone call. Follow up with owner went very badly, he was very rude and had various excuses for not following through on his original plan to send a "" more experienced plumber."" Proceed with caution. more

We had this company do some work in our house and the employees didnt know what they were doing, and all they talked about was how much they hate there job and the company! It made us feel like we got riped off because we were charged alot!! They people here were very bad DONT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!! more

I want to see this company fail!!! Im a property manager and had this company did some plumbing work, which they screwed up and still charged me for the extra work which was there fault!! I am on a mission to tell everyone not to use this company, the owner and the workers are the worst, dont go to these people there no good more

this company is all Aprentices, and they charge top dollar for an apprentice job. Where's the skilled plumbers I payed for? Don't trust unlicensed plumbers to do your work! It's costly already, so get the skilled workers you deserve. NOT Waialae Plumbing! more
