My parents bought a living room set from Weatherby's a year ago with no problems. However, when buying furniture for their family room this year they were treated very poorly and are very upset. They purchased 2 recliners and a love seat 8 weeks ago and immediately saw problems. The materiel covering the chairs started folding and buckling and looks horrible and one of the recliners didn't work correctly. My parents made at least 5 phone calls (all dates are documented) and were usually given quite a run around. They were told that they could not get the manager's name or a corporate number. When a technician did come out he confirmed that the recliners were defective. My parents understandably wanted them replaced with a new set but the only option they were given was to have the defects ""fixed"". This was for something that cost them 1400.00!!
Cons: They do not stand by their products and will not replace defective items
