I called and scheduled an appointment with the company due to the fact the previous owners had a home warranty. They came out and later said, sorry the warranty doesn't cover that item---$89.99. I would never have called this company other than the fact, the homeowners warranty forces you to do just that. DEBBIE who professes to be the manager threatens you with collections because she doesn't allow any customer to verbalize the problem caused by the Watson's. ""If you don't like how it was done, I know of a good collection agency"" is her way of handling customer service. This is the worst customer service one could ever experience and I will do everything in my power to tell all neighbors and coworkers to never use this company under any circumstance.
Cons: Service is horrific, won't listen and don't care what you want to verbalize
