If you have other options -- DON'T LIVE HERE. \r If you just signed a lease with them -- PLEASE BE PREPARED TO HAVE THE WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE ANYWHERE ELSE. GET AN ATTORNEY AND LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.\r \r HOMELESS PEOPLE: This is a safe haven for homeless people. You will find them on the stairs, inside the laundry, literally everywhere. We have had this problem for last several months ourselves and in-spite of multiple complaints, the management won't do anything. They just don't care. We have reported homeless guys to cops, we have called security patrol, in-numerous number of requests to management for action but nothing works.\r \r SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES ON THE PROPERTY: Homeless guys are one problem, dealing with probable drug addicts, people smoking weed and having beer/drinks just outside your house is another. Again Cops won't do anything because they think management is responsible to stop this. Lame management will not do anything because they are just incapable and insensitive to residents.\r \r RUDE MANAGEMENT: Property manager won't let you talk to them about the issues. We had an incident recently where one of the managers threatened to KICK us out if we don't leave the leasing office. That’s how much these people respect their residents.\r \r POOR MAINTENANCE: Maintenance staff does respond to your service requests quickly but no fix is a complete fix. Everything is a work around here. We have severe mold issues in the bathroom and each time I call for maintenance, the guy just blames the earlier maintenance guy for not fixing the issue properly. The mold just keeps coming back though. \r One of my bedroom windows doesn't close completely. The maintenance people tell me that it cannot be fixed. Workaround is to push the other window outwards to close this other adjacent window.\r There are serious plumbing issues; they keep shutting off water for several hours without any notice.\r The temperature of water in the shower is not consistent at all. It keeps switching between too hot and too cold, no matter how you adjust it. It’s so pathetic, having shower is also a nuisance here.\r At least one or two washers or Dryers do not work properly in the Laundry. There are no tags in the laundry to let others know about the problem, management insists on putting the tags on the machines but doesn’t supply the tags. If you call management to report a faulty machine they ask you to look at the machine number and call the washer/Dryer company yourself. Isn’t that funny??? And then even if somebody does repair the machine, it’s a temporary fix. I don’t know how these guys are experts on fixing things temporarily.\r \r There are many other problems, I am sure I can keep writing if I plan to.....\r BOTTOM LINE IS PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE AND STOP AS MANY FRIENDS AS YOU CAN FROM RENTING THIS PROPERTY. SPREAD THE WORD….\r more

New Leasing Staff is GREAT! 10/8/2008

I've lived at Waterstone for over 9 years. Since, My wife and I have transfered into an updated remolded two bedroom apartment. My wife loves all the extra storage. We have the convience of laundry downstairs and privacy and shade for our balcony. \r \r The Staff has changed since I've become a resident and I just have to say KUDOS to the new staff. They are really patient and walk you through the lease so that there are no surprises later. They all seem to be extremely knowledgeable about the policies and procedures which was not the case when we first moved there. \r \r I recommend Waterstone. The prices are reasonable. The staff is sufficient. Plus, I like the atmosphere! Pros: Staff, Maintenance, Landscape, Apartment Amenities, Neighbors Cons: No kiddy area. No open guest parking! :( And No Community Activity Center. more

Noisy, Low budget 10/16/2006

Tenents constantly playing loud music with little or no response from front office; both in their apartments and in the parking lot. Laundry facilities are often broken down; front office takes no responsibility for care of laundry facilities. Many units have old heating/cooling units that can not handle the summer heat. Insufficient parking. Groups of youngsters often perousing the area at night. The only good thing to say is the maintenance crew does their job. Pros: Decent response from maintenance crew Cons: Almost everything else you can imagine more
