waterbury heating & cooling service pro tim 4/1/2021

I had Waterbury Heating & cooling replace a gas water heater and replace a faulty toilet. The service pro Tim. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable on the replacement of gas water heater and toilet problem. He was very curious and friendly and answered all the questions we asked him. Finished up the job in a very reasonable time. I was quite pleased with the job and the professional work Tim did. I recommend Tim and Waterbury for all our Plumbing and Heating needs. more

Shower Faucet Fix 3/8/2021

Jim was professional and resolved problem promptly. I would use Waterbury again. The only negative I could possibly say is that I wish the company offered a military discount like some other plumbing companies in town do. more

A Big Excellent! Troy was very professional and answered all of our plumbing questions and made repairs accordingly. He discovered a problem that could have had a potential expensive issue for us in the future. He promptly replaced the damaged part. He was very thorough and explained everything. We were impressed and felt comfortable with his assessments. If needed we will request him in the future. . more

Great Service 6/23/2019

Tim was knowledgeable and very friendly. After installing our new water heater he explained what was done, how long it would take to have hot water. He explained what he was doing and when there would be a lot of noise. more

Typical excellent service 6/4/2019

Contacted Waterbury for air conditioning service and for a thermostat issue. Waterbury provided a quick appointment, and Kelly confirmed that he was on his way. Kelly quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it, completed the air conditioning work, and identified a plumbing issue that was fixed by a Waterbury plumber. We always get prompt, efficient and professional service from Waterbury. more

Troy was professional and personal. He knew how anxious we were to have a new hot water heater installed after our old one went down. Took great care to cover carpet and flooring so nothing spilled or got dirty. Troy finished the job in a timely manner and made sure all was working correctly. Thanks for a job well done! Prompt, courteous and professional service from Waterbury-- as usual. Troy quickly identified and assessed the plumbing problems, explained the solution, and made the necessary repairs in one trip. Grady performed air/furnace inspection efficiently and has us set for another year. Always appreciate the great service and friendly people from Waterbury. more

Waterbury Heating & Cooling 4/11/2018

I needed a water heater repaired. And contacted Waterbury. They came out that morning and Troy explained to me that it needed to be replaced. And was on the ball to replacing it. After he replaced it. He explained how to ignite it. and cleaned up after his mess. I highly recommend Waterbury for quick service. And friendly staff more

Made the best possible call to have new water heater installed 4/6/2018

My wife was just home from the hospital and our water heater was leaking on the floor. A quick call to Waterbury assured us they would be out the next day to evaluate our situation. It was a snowy, wintery day and we shortly received a call saying they were able to be out that afternoon. We had the nicest, knowledgable person come to our door and advise us our options. He lined up the city to come out and turn our water off and he had the old water out and and the new one in in short order. He explained everything to us and was courteous and clean and friendly. By having 'Curley' in our home for a stressful day for us our lives calmed down and all went more than well. more
