We were having trouble getting hot water out of the furnace. Mark came over and put in a new mixing valve which solved the problem - we had HOT showers again! He didn't try to up-sell us on a water heater, but fixed what we had. He was quick and very tidy! He did a great job! If/when we need a water heater, we'll call Mark! more
