I moved 5 months ago and from the start have had problems with this company. First, they didn't tell us that there was a community collection area - how were we supposed to know to pick up and drop off our cans almost 2 miles from our house?! Second, every time I called to get things straightened out I got another customer service agent on the line who was extremely rude and argued with me. There was one lady who I finally talked to who was pleasant - but she seems to be the only one there as I've had to call several more times in the 5 months we've been here. In that time our garbage has not been picked up 3 times and once our recycling. Last month they cancelled garbage and recycling because of the snow then didn't want to credit us! It's their fault the didn't service us and they want to penalize us. They definitely don't have a customer friendly attitude.
