Well built, but old. Used to be prestigious, but now just dorms for local colleges. If you don't mind the loud music, frequent disarray, dated appliances, high turnover (been here 4 years, and I'm the only tenant on my side of the building that's been here since I moved in) and concrete, dorm feeling (with floor-to-ceiling windows and decent views, depending on your floor), then this is the place for you. The draw used to be rent included everything, including HBO and Showtime, but now they have electric meters in each apartment. Management hasn't said what they're going to do with the results of the meter readings, but I think you can guess. Front desk and maintenance staff are friendly, haven't had much interaction with office staff. I've had maintenance come and fix some things immediately; other items have just been forgotten.
