I have mixed feeling about this bank. I love the people in this branch. They are very nice and most of them help me better then I would expect. But the bank its self, I don't know. They have some great offers nd I love there online banking and bill pay. These two things just make life easier. But I hate there customer service telephone line. These people know nothing about the bank. I've called them a couple of times and they didn't know anything and couldn't help me. I had to drive all the way to the bank to fix the problem. I just give up on calling them. Its a little annoying that I have to drive to the branch for help or for a simple question.
