Why is it that when there is a long line in a bank there is only one teller on duty? I am not trying to be generalized here but whenever I go inside this bank, they are SLOW.
The manager just watches it happen and does nothing to make sure we the paying customers are serviced.
I did see account manager take customers from the line and service them. He should he knows what happens to a business that doesn't deliver -- lose customers -- lose business.
