Office staff and assistants are unprofessional. Some one in the office also lies! Impossible to get an emergency appointment, even with other medical professionals making the request for an urgent matter. They seem entirely uncaring and if Dr. Day is aware of how people are treated, shame on him. Other doctors in this office use the same assistants and office staff so it wouldn't be much better with one of his partners, unless the partners stay involved with how their patients are treated like professionals do.
