This walmart have very violent people working there, one of the cashier attacked us for using our cell phone. This walmart does not follow the corporate coupon policy either, if your coupon gives you savings. They will make sure you won't be able to use it, so this way their profit margin looks good. The employees acts like criminal convicts, terrible.\r \r Walmart sell their stuff at cheap prices, so they hire rude, ignorant employees that doesn't give a *&^% about the customers to balance things out. more

Store looks tons better! 5/15/2010

Saved $300 on my new Cruiser bicycle! Went to REI and was pressured to buy a very expensive bike. Decided to shop Walmart and found a Schwinn with a chain guard and fenders for less than $200! Saved big money. My only complaint is that we need a Super Center in Bellingham. The groceries are much cheaper than Haggens and Fred Meyer. The store has been messy in the past, but a big effort has obviously been made to clean the place up. Thanks! Pros: Selection, cheap prices, friendly staff Cons: Need a Super Center in Bellingham more

I agree with the other reviews posted here. Great prices but terrible, terrible service. I'll never forget the time we came in with a return and there was no one at the door to give us a return label. Finally we found the employee who was supposed to be doing this, but he was having some sort of nervous breakdown. Finally a manager came and escorted him to the back, and another employee who had no idea what he was doing came and fumbled around trying to give us a label. Finally he gave up and just wrote one out. This may sound like a one-off thing, but events like this just seem routine at this store. I think if they screened and trained their employees better they wouldn't have problems like this. Pros: Cheap Cons: Terrible service more

Needs work... 4/11/2008

Every time I come into this store, I leave disappointed and put out. The only reason I shop here is for the prices and I seem to think they can turn things around. The staff don't seem to care and let their poor attitudes show through. Unfortunately, they take out their problems on the customers, which is simply unacceptable. There are few and far between really ""nice"" people at this particular Wal-mart. Just today, these three gals who worked there were complaining about somebody else who worked there who was on the overhead asking for particular people to come to a meeting. There were many people standing there, but they didn't seem to notice. If they did notice, they paid no mind. I tried asking a gal in the jewelry department to help me figure out what type of battery I needed for something and they shrugged their shoulders and told me they didn't have any idea. Instead of getting somebody that maybe ""could"" help me, they chose to not do anything. This is outstanding customer service? I think not. Not one time has anybody ever offered their assistance. There are no warm smiles. When my family shops there, the shelves are always unstocked. I know they are busy, but the same items constantly out of stock? Would one not think to order MORE of the product? No matter what time of any day I come in, items are constantly being reordered and it's the waiting game. The lines are ridiculous. Nobody should have to wait in the aisles just to check out. Overall, this particular store is very unfriendly and disappointing. If you do find a good egg, they are few and far between. I gave this a two as I stand by the prices, but it would be outstanding if somebody could teach an etiquette class. Pros: cheap prices Cons: staff will NOT go out of their way to help a customer, always have to wait in line, items often left unstocked more
