I made the mistake of getting the oil changed in my car at this Walmart on Wednesday December 20, 2011. Everything seemed to go smoothly at the time, until I started noticing an oil leak a few days later. I let a couple days pass while I observed the leak and was able to pinpoint it to both the oil plug and filter. At this time I was in Glendale, AZ, so I took it to a Walmart there, where the automotive technicians explained to me that the San Clemente Walmart forced the wrong plug into my oil pan stripping it. The SC Walmart is now disputing the damage that they caused, claiming they did nothing wrong, even though I have technicians who work for the same company in another state telling me something different. I now have to get a quote from a shop that actually repairs damage like this and sit and wait for the Walmart claims department to call me at their convenience. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! ESPECIALLY IF IT INVOLVES YOUR VEHICLE!
