I bought sofa and loveseat in April 2013; added insurance; Called today for service on both; March 8th was earliest date. was told a $25.00 fee if I don't cancel 48 hours prior; Nah, I need this ""cheap"" furniture fixed. Both sofa and loveseat are recliners; sheared a bolt on one and it goes all the way back to the floor; the other one binds up and won't close all the way. They tell me they will come take pictures and then take them to the service dept. to determine if the damage is covered. I don't know what that means. A. they should stand behind the product. B. I bought insurance for both.
