We had some furniture to be deliveried on a certain date. They said they would call us on the morning we were to recieve the item. At 1045 we still had no call so we call Walker...

I bought sofa and loveseat in April 2013; added insurance; Called today for service on both; March 8th was earliest date. was told a $25.00 fee if I don't cancel 48 hours prior; Nah, I need this ""cheap"" furniture fixed. Both sofa and loveseat are recliners; sheared a bolt on one and it goes all the way back to the floor; the other one binds up and won't close all the way. They tell me they will come take pictures and then take them to the service dept. to determine if the damage is covered. I don't know what that means. A. they should stand behind the product. B. I bought insurance for both. more

Variety of affordability for various income levels. We were able to browse by ourselves without harassment from sales persons so that we could discuss our options and what we like and didn't like in privacy and then when we had made our decision that's when the salesman came over...very positive experience rather than having ""hovering"" salesmen ready to pounce on a sale.\r more

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff. I was shopping for a work renovation. The sales staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. They understood my urgency and made sure to guide me toward selections that were within my budget and were immediately available - I was on a strict time constraint. more

We were treated very well. The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. He checked around and found the right chairs to go with the table we decided on and made sure that we were comfortable sitting in them. more

Very spaceous and lots to choose from 4/30/2012

The prices was just right with 50% off with the rising Gas Prices and the economy the way it's. Walker took the time to think about the common folks also. more
